Group Supervision Training
LIVE ONLINE, hosted by Fiona Sutherland & Terrill Bruere
February 2nd, 9:00am-4:30pm AEDT (check your timezone here)
Group supervision is distinct from individual supervision and requires both group facilitation and reflective supervision skills. This highly practical training supports Dietitians to confidently lead group spaces that are safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented. You’ll explore how groups can deepen reflection, connection, and learning in ways not possible in 1:1 settings. Ideal for Dietitians newer to supervision and wanting to host groups or Dietitians wanting to strengthen more general group facilitation skills. This workshop welcomes practitioners from all areas – private, clinical, or community. Leave feeling clearer, more skilled, and ready to lead meaningful group supervision.
About your hosts:
Terrill and Fiona are highly experienced group facilitators and Supervisors who have been delivering this training together for the past three years. With deep roots in supervision, teaching, and reflective practice, we share a strong belief in the power of groups as rich, dynamic learning spaces. Our work is driven by a passion for what can emerge when people come together with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to learn alongside one another.
We’ve witnessed time and again how groups offer something unique - an environment where insight is amplified, confidence is strengthened, and growth becomes exponential. In our facilitation of this training, we aim to create spaces where participants feel grounded, supported, and stretched in meaningful ways. It’s our privilege to guide you through a learning experience that is as connective as it is practical, and we are looking forward to welcoming our next group into the training.
